Early Birds: book  before 10th February your holiday in June for 2-3 weeks (except during special offers or last minute): the beach is inclosed for 1 week!! Book early get more advantages!

The price includes: laundry with a weekly change, 2 swimming pools (open from 19/05/2012 from 9.00am to 12.30am and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm), electricity, water, gas, unattended parking (1 car per apartment), V.A.T.10%, safe, TVC Sat and the use of "Orchidea Card".
Extra: a deposit of Euro 150 to give back after the final check, eventually heating.
General conditions:
Advance payment: for the booking is requested a pre-payment by a Bank Tranfer. The rest of the payment is requested at the arrival. No refund in case of departures in advance.
Arrival: on Saturday from 3pm to 7pm.
Departure: on Saturday from 8am to 9am. Departure from 10pm to 8am are not allowed.
Children are considered adults with regards to beds.
Guests must keep their apartment clean and leave it in the same state they found it and must pay for any eventual damage.
Pets are not allowed.
Supplements on request:
Bed for kids: Euro 20 per week. We haven't linen for babies.
Garage: Euro 40 per week.
Cleaning charges: from Euro 45
